Walk-in tours are always welcome! We do recommend scheduling an appointment, if possible, to ensure that someone from our wonderful leasing team is available to assist you and help you find your perfect home.

To apply to our community, there is an application fee of $50 per person, which is non-refundable. Additionally, a holding fee of $500 is required at the time of application submission. At move-in, the holding fee will be applied towards your deposit.  The holding fee is refundable if the applicant cancels within 72 hours or if the application is denied. For more details or to begin the application process, please visit our online application portal.

Applications are typically processed between 48-72 hours after submission. You can check the status of your application through the applicant portal.

Yes, parking is available on-site. We offer the following parking options:

  • Garage Parking: $100 per month per vehicle.
  • Guest Parking: $10 per night per vehicle.
  • Motorcycle Parking: $75 per month per vehicle.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We happily accept up to 2 pets per household with no weight limits. However, breed restrictions do apply. For further details, please contact our leasing office. We require a $500 one-time pet fee for the first pet, and $250 for each additional pet. Additionally, there is a $50 monthly pet rent per pet.

Our community offers a range of amenities including a top-floor clubroom, a 24-hour fitness center, work-from-home booths, a relaxing swimming pool, a courtyard, and more! Please click here for more details.

You will be responsible for individually metered utilities including electric provided by Dominion Energy, gas by Washington Gas, and water by Studebaker Submetering. Additionally, cable and internet services are provided by Comcast.

Residents are responsible for all monthly utilities (electric, water/sewer, gas, and cable/Internet). Additionally, there is a monthly charge of $15 for trash removal and $2 for pest control. Garage parking is optional at $100 per month per vehicle. If applicable, pet rent is $50 per month per pet.

Upon move-in to our community, residents are required to pay the following fees:

  • Security Deposit: The security deposit amount starts at $500 and can be up to one month's rent, depending on individual circumstances and rental agreements.
  • Amenity Fee: There is a one-time amenity fee of $500 due with move-in monies. This fee helps cover the cost of maintaining and enhancing the community amenities for all residents to enjoy.
  • Renters Insurance: Residents are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 personal liability insurance as part of their renters insurance policy. This insurance helps protect residents in the event of unforeseen incidents or accidents.

At our community, the NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee is $50. For late payments, we charge a fee of 10% of the periodic rent, provided it does not exceed 10% of the remaining balance. We strive to maintain transparent and fair fee structures to ensure clarity and consistency for our residents.

We have two convenient ways to pay rent: online through the resident portal or through the mobile KETTLER resident iOS or Android app!

Yes, we offer optional storage units for residents. The available options are:

  • Single storage unit (4x4x4): $50 per month* (Based on Availability)
  • Double storage unit (4x4x8): $100 per month* (Based on Availability)

Our community offers a variety of shopping options to cater to your needs. Take a leisurely stroll to the heart of Old Town Alexandria, where you'll discover cobblestoned King Street adorned with indie boutiques and tempting foodie spots. Within walking distance, you'll find the convenience of an adjacent Whole Foods for groceries, and additional grocery stores within a 3-mile distance, such as Wegmans, Giant, Trader Joe’s, and more. Additionally, several shopping centers are within a 10-minute drive, including Hoffman Town Center, Kings Crossing, Alexandria Commons, and the shops at National Harbor.

Yes! The King St-Old Town Metrorail Station is less than one mile from our community. Additionally, there are several bus stops near our community that are less than a 10-minute walk away. You can view our neighborhood map for more details.

Yes! We have on-site maintenance Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for standard work orders and a 24/7/365 on-call emergency maintenance team available for after-hours emergencies. Please submit your maintenance requests online through the resident portal or through the mobile KETTLER resident iOS or Android app!

While we certainly hope this does not occur, in the case of a lock-out our team can assist! Our 24/7 on-call emergency maintenance team is available for lock-out instances. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
