At Lincoln Own Town, we believe in transparency and providing you with all the necessary information to make your leasing process straightforward. Below, you'll find a detailed breakdown of our fees and deposits.

Fees and Deposits

Apply Online:

  • Application Fee: $50 Non-Refundable per Person
  • Holding Fee: $500 (Due with Application Fee)

Upon Move-In:

  • Security Deposit: $500 and Up to One Month's Rent
  • Amenity Fee: $500 One-Time Fee (Due with Move-in Monies)
  • Renters Insurance: Maintain a Minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance

Utilities-Individually Metered

  • Electric: Dominion Energy
  • Gas: Washington Gas
  • Water: Studebaker Submetering
  • Cable/Internet: Comcast

Additional Mandatory Fees:

  • Trash: $15 per Month
  • Pest Control: $2 per Month

Pet Policy (Optional):

  • Max. 2 Pets per Unit
  • Breed Restrictions Apply
  • Pet Screening:
    $25 per Pet Profile
    $5 Discount if Using ACH
    $0 Assistance Animal Profiles
  • One-time Pet Fee: $500 First Pet
  • One-time Pet Fee: $250 Second Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per Pet

Bike Racks (Optional): $0 per Month

Storage Units (Optional):

  • Single (4x4x4): $50 per Month* (Based on Availability)
  • Double (4x4x8): $100 per Month* (Based on Availability)

Parking (Optional):

  • Garage Parking: $100 per Month / per Vehicle
  • Guest Parking: $10 per Night / per Vehicle
  • Motorcycle Parking: $75 per Month / per Vehicle
